SOLAR-POWERED KEYLESS ENTRY
A.R.E.
has announced the availability of solar-powered keyless entry to its
line of fiberglass tonneau covers including retrofit on older
models. The SolARay solar-powered, self-contained keyless entry
system allows drivers to remotely lock and unlock A.R.E.'s LSX and
LSII tonneau covers using solar energy, giving users quick access to
their truck beds. SolARay works by mounting an aerodynamic solar
panel measuring less than one-tenth of an inch above the tonneau
cover's lock and attaching a sleek battery pack to the inside center
of the cover. In addition to the keyless entry function, the product
also features six lift-activated LED lights that automatically turn
on when the tonneau cover is opened. The LED lights are located on
the front of the battery pack. A set of two key fobs are included

cause of breakdowns on the roads today. But typical tire sealants
don’t work well with today’s Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)

Tundra
owners know how big the blind spot is to the rear especially if the
truck has a bed shell. Rostra Precision Controls Inc. now offers its
RearSight(r) back-up camera system for the 2007-2008 Toyota Tundra.
The system features a specially designed camera that mounts directly
to the truck's tailgate latch in the same manner as the optional
factory camera. It even utilizes the factory harness and
connectors. The Rostra RearSight system features a shrouded CCD
camera, an Electronic Auto Iris, an anti-fog lens and a waterproof
case.
In
addition to the camera, the RearSight kit comes with a 3.5-inch TFT
rearview mirror/monitor, which replaces the OEM mirror and also
