AFE BLADERUNNER INTERCOOLER FOR 6.0L POWERSTROKE

Corona, Ca_advanced FLOW engineering (aFe Power), an industry leader in performance intakes, filters, manifolds and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of their new BladeRunner intercooler for the 2003-07 Ford Powerstroke with the V8-6.0L (td) motor part number 46-20101. BladeRunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. 46-20101 utilizes a 3.15″ bar and plate design that is 44% larger than the competitors and outflows OE style tube and fin core designs by 40%! This design results in quicker and more measurable heat dissipation. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16′ TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multidirectional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. 3-1/2” inlet/outlet with reducer couplings creates a perfect fit to stock tubes.

Every BladeRunner Intercooler is test pressure rated at 200psi which is perfect for high boost applications. In recent testing the BladeRunner intercooler increased air flow by 40% over stock.
